Paper Quilling Workshop

Quilling, also known as paper filigree, is a craft dating back hundreds of years. This February, both beginning quillers and those practicing new techniques can join Sarah at the Dillsboro Public Library every Friday at 4 pm to work on a heart which can be used as a decoration or greeting card. Use your imagination in combining colors and shapes to create a unique final project!
