Get crafty with the Aurora Public Library District!

This month, our adult crafting program will be an acrylic paint-pouring activity led by painter Jimmy Combs! Jimmy will teach you the basics of acrylic paint pouring and help you create your very own masterpiece! By the end of this program, you’ll be an artist yourself!

We will be painting at the Dillsboro Public Library on June 13th at 4 pm and at the Local History Library @ The Depot on June 15th at 6 pm.

This program is completely FREE! Registration is required. There are a limited amount of spots available, so come into the library today or call 812-926-0646 to save your spot! You may only reserve two spots. If you would like to attend in a larger group, other attendees must call and reserve their own spots. This event is open to all adults ages 18 and up.

Crafty Creations with the Framery

Oh, the weather outside is frightful… but our crafts are so delightful! The Aurora Public Library District is hosting our adult crafting program for January with The Framery to help us create a lovely winter scene.

Crafty Creations, our monthly adult crafting program at the Aurora Public Library District is happy to announce a partnership with the Framery in Lawrenceburg, Indiana, to bring to our crafty patrons a winter-themed painting-with-a-twist class! All items will be provided and each class is limited to only eight attendees. There will be two chances for our adult patrons to attend this class, one at the Dillsboro branch on Thursday, January 12, at 4:00 pm and another at the Aurora branch on Thursday, January 26, at 6:00 pm. Light refreshments will be provided.
