Did you know that Cincinnati is called “The Birthplace of Astronomy?” Cincinnati’s Observatory is home to the oldest working telescope still in public use today. On Thursday April 11, 2019 the Cincinnati Observatory will be bringing telescopes to the library to view the night sky. The community is invited to stop by the Aurora Public Library between 8:30 -9:30 pm.
This is a free event and is open to everyone. There is no registration required to attend. Viewers may come and go as they wish. This will be an outside event. If there is rain or if the sky is cloudy there will be an indoor program provided by the Cincinnati Observatory. We hope to see you there!
Happy Stargazing 🙂
