Libraries Rock! Digging for Dinosaurs

Have you dreamed of going on a paleontological dig someday? Are dinosaurs your favorite animal? You’re in luck because on Friday, June 29, you’ll get the chance to dig for dinosaurs at the Aurora Public Library at 11 a.m. and at the Dillsboro Public Library at 2 p.m.! Digging for Dinosaurs is sponsored by the Cincinnati Museum Center. Come uncover fossils, hear about the area’s Ordovician fossils, learn how fossils are formed, and unearth how to differentiate fossils from regular rocks. There will also be touchable fossils from dinosaurs, including Allosaurus, Tyrannosaurus, Stegosaurus, raptors, and more! No registration is required for this program.
